This Personal Data Privacy Policy (the Privacy Policy) applies to all information that Periton Engineeringwebsite (the Site) located on the domain name www.perytone.ru(as well as its subdomains) may obtain about the User during use of the www.perytone.rusite (as well as its subdomains), its programs and its products.

1.1.5. "Periton Engineering User" ("User") is a person who has access to the Periton Engineering website through the Internet and uses information, materials and products of the Periton Engineering website.

2. General provisions

6. Rights and obligations of the parties
6.1. The user has the right:

6.2.4. To block personal data relating to the relevant User from the moment of application or request of the User, or its legal representative or authorized body for protection of rights of personal data subjects for the period of verification, in case of detection of false personal data or illegal actions.
7. Responsibility of the parties
7.1. The Administration, which has failed to fulfill its obligations, shall be liable for losses incurred by the User in connection with the unlawful use of personal data, in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation, except for the cases stipulated in clauses 5.2., 5.3. and 7.2. of this Privacy Policy.
7.2. In case of loss or disclosure of Confidential Information, the Administration shall not be liable if this confidential information:
7.2.1. It became a public property before its loss or disclosure.
7.2.2. It was received from a third party until it was received by the Resource Administration.
7.2.3. Was disclosed with the consent of the User.
7.3. The User shall be fully responsible for compliance with the requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation, including, but not limited to, the laws on advertising, on protection of copyright and related rights, on protection of trademarks and service marks, including full responsibility for content and form of materials.

8. Settlement of disputes
8.1. Prior to filing a claim for disputes arising from the relationship between the User and the Administration, it is mandatory to file a claim (written proposal or proposal in electronic form for voluntary settlement of the dispute).
8.2. Within 30 calendar days of receipt of the claim, the claimant shall be notified in writing or electronically of the outcome of the claim.
8.3. If no agreement is reached, the dispute will be submitted to the Arbitration Court of Moscow.
8.4. The current legislation of the Russian Federation shall apply to this Privacy Policy and relations between the User and the Administration.
9. Additional conditions
9.1. The Administration may amend this Privacy Policy without the consent of the User.
9.2. The new Privacy Policy shall take effect from the moment it is posted on the Periton Engineering website, unless otherwise provided by the new version of the Privacy Policy.
